Wave Energy Devices
One of the key elements of mooring wave energy devices is designing a mooring system that does not adversely effect, nor subject itself to high loads, due to the nature of mooring a device that extracts energy from the waves. Moorsure designs and supplys moorings for wave energy devices, with a pragmatic view on design criteria for demonstration projects through to understanding the economies of scale for multiple units.
Refuge and Cyclone Moorings
